I am a registered dietitian who focuses on gut health and weight loss. More than that, I am passionate about helping other people learn how to nourish their bodies and regain a connection with their food because I have personally experienced the significant rewards of learning it for myself. 

Food has the ability to function as nourishing and empowering fuel or slow and insidious poison. The food and lifestyle choices that we make every day impact us daily but also have a huge impact on our long-term health. Unfortunately it has become almost impossible to make sense of all of the noise and misinformation that surrounds the nutrition world. Adding to this difficulty is the fact that everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another. Optimal health is not a one-size-fits-all situation. 

As you can see from the photos on the right, I have gone through a personal transformation and this allows me to understand the difficulties of making real change from a first-hand perspective. I can guide you to your personal best because I have firsthand experience with developing healthy new habits and the amazing benefits possible from embracing that challenge.
